Each step is an exported\nfunction acting on a struct DatasetExperiment; a complete\nworkflow can additionally be driven from a single YAML\nconfiguration via run_MRManalyzeR(), which also renders\nself-contained HTML data-quality and statistical reports.\nChromatographic peak detection, peak integration and\ncalibration-curve fitting from raw mass-spectrometry data are\noutside its scope.",
