  "Description": "Provides lightweight, version-aware access to the\nannotation resources used by SpaMTP. Resources include pruned\nRaMP chemical, identifier, pathway, and pathway-topology\ntables, precomputed SMILES functional-group and ionisation\nfeatures, and legacy metabolite reference tables, plus a\nseparately versioned human gene identifier reference from fixed\nHGNC archives. RaMP resource files are hosted on Zenodo and\ndescribed by AnnotationHub metadata rather than bundled in the\npackage. Retrieved files are verified against recorded sizes\nand checksums and cached for reuse, and a local resource\ndirectory can be used for development and reproducible database\nbuilds. Maintainer recipes coordinate a shared Zenodo resource\ncollection with SpaMTPData while preserving separate annotation\nand experiment registries and independent resource versions.",
