Added a citation for the perturbMatch preprint, available via
citation("perturbMatch").
getReferenceDatabase() now explains an absent ExperimentHub record due
to Bioconductor version. The records are registered for Bioconductor 3.24
and later, and earlier releases reach the data through Zenodo.
