GeneTrackR: Genomic Track Visualization and Haplotype Analysis

Provides tools to read, validate, query, transform, write, and visualize gene annotations, genomic signal tracks, and variant tracks using a shared genomic coordinate framework. Supports GenePred, GTF, GFF3, and BED annotations; bedGraph, wig, and bigWig signals; VCF variants; integrated locus visualization; haplotype construction; phenotype association; linkage disequilibrium; haplotype refinement; and variant-effect analysis. The package interoperates with GenomicRanges objects and uses a pure-R signal I/O layer so core workflows do not require a compiled extension.
